> Conflict of Interest Disclosures

Per The Research Foundation Conflict of Interest Policy, RF Board Members, Officers, and Key Employees must submit a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement on an annual basis. All other Research Foundation Employees must file a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement as new or reportable interests arise.

Individuals responsible for reviewing conflict of interest disclosures at their operating location should refer to the RF Compliance Management Reviewer Guide for information about how to manage disclosures using this system.

> Fraud Incident Report

The Fraud Incident Report should be used to report any allegation of fraud or misconduct as outlined in the Fraud and Whistleblower Policy and the Procedure for Investigating Fraud and Misconduct.  In the alternative, any allegation can be made to the Speak Up RF - Ethics Hotline or 800.461.9330.
