The RF Leadership Elevation Sessions is a cohort-based leadership development program for supervisors and managers. Through a series of interactive learning sessions, participants develop practical leadership skills, exchange ideas with colleagues across the organization, and explore strategies to effectively lead themselves and others.
The program has been offered in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2026. The next cohort is anticipated in 2028.
