Leaders are responsible for providing direction, guidance, motivation, and inspiration to others. They provide solutions, give advice, and answer the hard questions. But what about them? Who do they go to when they need help?
The RF for SUNY Leadership Elevation Sessions provides participants knowledge, tools, and templates to elevate their abilities while also having the opportunity to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and discuss the difficulties, distractions, and roadblocks unique to them.
We have held successful cohorts in 2021, 2022, and 2024.
The 2026 cohort will be held on select Mondays, January–June, 1:00–3:00 PM ET.
Each interactive, 2-hour session blends cutting-edge research, practical tools, and experiential exercises—so managers don’t just learn about leadership, they actively practice it.
Topics Include:
- Jan 12 | Know Thyself: Charting Your Own Leadership Journey
- Feb 9 | Feedback to Reinforce & Redirect
- Mar 9 | Developing & Motivating Others
- Apr 13 | Building Psychologically Safe, High-Performing Teams
- May 11 | Situational Leadership: Coaching, Telling, or Listening?
- Jun 8 | Embodied Presence: From Drama to Flow
