Why I want to be a Protege:

"I'd like to learn different perspectives on leadership within RF and what it takes to advance on a career path within RF. I'd also like to make connections across the SUNY RF system."

Personal Statement:

"I'm originally from Buffalo, but did spend my undergraduate years in Albany attending SUNY Albany. I came back to Buffalo to attend graduate school at UB. I worked as a math teacher for 8 years prior to accepting a position as an Award Analyst at UB. I have a 3-year old daughter who keeps me very busy!"

Goals:

"My number one goal is to always put my best effort into whatever job I am currently in and to continue with that attitude throughout my career regardless of what the actual position is. Secondly, I want to enjoy what I'm doing while I'm doing it. Thirdly, I would like to continue to grow within the Research Foundation. In the almost three years I have worked for RF, I have moved from the Analyst I position to the Senior Analyst position. I came to work for the Research Foundation with only teaching experience and have learned a great deal since I've started. I would like to continue that growth pattern to expand my knowledge, including leadership goals."
