Use of Custom Responsibilities

A responsibility defines a user’s ability, based on his or her job responsibilities, to access and manipulate data throughout the Oracle applications. All campuses (with the exception of specific central office personnel) will use the custom responsibilities provided in the following tables. Note that responsibilities are grouped according to Oracle functional area.

Note: Each custom responsibility will be prefaced with a three-character code that users will select after signing on to the system:
