RF Installment History Report

Description

This report provides a history of installment monetary changes for a specific period of time on an award.

The report shoujld be run as needed to verify installment activity.

People with the following Grants Management responsibilities are able to generate this report:

The following table describes the required and optional parameters to use to run the report:


Parameters	Description (click in the field to see the List of Values)
Optional Parameters
Award Number		Enter a specific award number that you would like the report to return data for only.
Location		Enter the three-digit location number or select from the List of Values, the campus you want to run the report for.
Award Purpose		Select the Award Purpose from the List of Values.
Last Update From		Enter the start date of the last update from the period you want reported. Example: 01-Jul-2003
Last Update To		Enter the end date of the last update to the period you want reported. Example: 30-Jun-2004

The following table describes the report output:

Column Heading	Description of Column
Award Number	A unique sequential number assigned to an award. An award is the record established from the award notice or contract received from a customer.
Creation Date	The date the installment was originally created.
Award Purpose Code	The code that defines the specific type of activity for which an award is established.
Inst Num	The number assigned to the installment.
Inst Start Date	The installment start date. This is the effective date of the installment, on or after which expenditures can incur.
Inst End Date	The installment end date. This is the last effective date for an expenditure against the installment.
Dir Cost	The direct cost portion of the installment.
Ind Cost	The indirect cost portion of the installment.
Total Cost	The direct costs plus indirect costs of the installment.
Act Flag	The active flag, which indicates whether an installment has been officially awarded by the sponsor.
Del Flag	The delete flag, which indicates whether an installment has been deleted from the award.
Last Upd Date	The last update date. The date the installment was updated.
User Name	The name of the user who updated the installment.

The report is available in PDF and ASCII (TEXT) format. PDF is a formatted, printable version. ASCII can be easily pulled into a spreadsheet or word processor.
Once you select a format and run the report, you cannot change the output format. You will need to run the report again and select the desired output format on the Submit Request window.
