This report provides a history of indirect cost rate/schedule and calculation changes that have been made to an award and/or task.
This report should be run as needed to verify a change or reconcile an account.
The following table describes the required and optional parameters to use to run the report:

Award  | 
The number associated with the award that is funding the projects and tasks 
 To generate the report for a specific award within a given location, enter the award number or select from the List of Values. Running by Award Number will generate reports for all projects funded by that award. For a specific Project funded by the award, enter the Project Number as well. 
 To generate the report for all awards within a given location, leave this parameter blank. To generate for all awards and projects, leave both Award and Project parameters blank.  |

Project Number  | 
The number associated with the project 
 To generate the report for a specific project with a given location, type in a Project Number or select from the List of Values. Running by Project Number will generate reports for all awards funding that project. For a specific Award funding a project, enter the award number as well.  |

Calculation period for indirect costs on task. This field is conditional. If the field in Oracle is not populated, this will be blank.  | 
Task Rate  | 
Indirect cost override rate on task. This field is conditional. If the field in Oracle is not populated, this will be blank.  | 
Task Schedule  | 
Burden schedule name on task. This field is conditional. If the field in Oracle is not populated, this will be blank.  |
