RF Salary Review CSV Report

Description

Purpose

The RF Salary Review CSV Report provides campuses with a tool to monitor employee salary changes. It is specifically designed to monitor salary plan implementation. This version of the report allows the user to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet for manipulation.

Note: This report should be run in conjunction with the RF Salary Review – Assignments with no Salary Change CSV Report.

Frequency

This report should be run periodically to monitor salary plan implementation and ensure that all intended changes were made. It can also be run at any other time to gather data on employee salary changes that did or did not occur.

Setting Report Parameters

The following table describes the required and optional parameters to use to run the "RF Salary Review CSV" report:

Parameters

Session Date

Date that all current data on the report is based on. Defaults to current day

Location

Enter campus location number

Organization (Default: ALL)

Enter specific campus organization if you wish to only run for that organization. If left blank, will default to ALL organizations at that campus location. (Optional)

From Date

Start date to check for any salary changes

To Date

End date to check for any salary changes

Assignment Group

Enter specific assignment group you wish to look at in the report. If left blank, will default to ALL assignment groups (employee graduate, employee regular, employee undergraduate)

Assignment Status

Enter specific assignment status you wish to look at in the report. If left blank, will default to ALL statuses (active, paid leave, unpaid leave, SUNY extra service, and unpaid grad summer)

Proposal Reason Option1

Select the salary change reason that you would like included in the report from the list of values

Proposal Reason Option2

Select an additional salary change reason that you would like included in the report from the list of values. (Optional)

Proposal Reason Option3

Select an additional salary change reason that you would like included in the report from the list of values. (Optional)

Salary basis as of salary change date (annual, period or hourly)

Job Name

Job title on assignment form as of session date entered in the parameter
