RF Auto Termination Report

Description

Purpose

The RF Auto Termination Report is a payroll report that displays the auto termination data for each campus. This monitoring report is divided into three different sections of output: Assignments Active to Terminated, Assignments Process Pending to Terminated, and Assignments With Future Terminations Unchanged.

Frequency

Run this report after each payroll to verify that the termination dates are accurate and as expected.

Setting Report Parameters

The following table describes the required and optional parameters to use to run the report:

Select the campus code and name.

Optional Parameters

From Payroll End Date

Select the appropriate Payroll Date (i.e. 17-Mar-2007) from the List of Values

Note: This report can be run for multiple pay periods

Understanding the Output

RF Auto Termination Report is sorted alphabetically by employee name.

Assignments Active to Terminated: This section lists all assignments in an Active status, with no pay for four pay periods, that were changed to Terminated - Processes Pending and then to Terminated - Do Not Process.

The table that follows describe the report output:

Column Heading

Description of Column

Last Name, First Name

Employee's last name and first name.

Assign Number

Employee's assignment number

Pay Basis

Employee's pay basis.

Examples:

  • Hourly 40
  • Hourly 37.5
  • Salaried Annual
  • Salaried Period
  • Non Employee

     

Status Before Term Process

The status before the term process ran.

Examples:

  • Active
  • SUNY Extra Service

     

     

Status After Term Process

The status after the term process ran.

For example:

  • Terminated- Processes Pending

     

Term. Process Start Date

The date that the assignment status Terminated- Processes Pending starts.

Status After Term Process

The status after the term process ran.

For example:

  • Terminated- Do Not Process

     

Term DNP Start Date

The date that the assignment status Terminated- Do Not Process starts.

Term Payroll Process Date

The payroll run date.

Person Record Termed

Yes indicates that the Person Type Useage on the People form has been changed from Internal to ExInternal.

No indicates that the Person Type Useage on the People form has not been changed.

 

Assignments Process Pending to Terminated section lists all assignments in a Terminated - Processes Pending status that were changed to a Terminated - Do Not Process status.

The status before the term process ran .

The date that the assignment status Terminated- Do Not Process starts.

The payroll run date.

Person Record Termed
