The KBACE Payroll Activity Report depicts a statement of earnings for each individual paid in the current payroll with run and YTD balances. Also included is static people, assignment, pay method and tax information.
This report can be viewed after a payroll run.
The table that follows describe the report output:

Description of Column |
Person Name |
Last name and first name (separated by a comma) of the person that was paid. |
SSN |
Social security number (SSN) of the person that was paid. |
Assignment Number |
System generated employee number used as a unique identifier of a person whose record is in Oracle. |
Mailstop |
Delivery drop where paycheck or stub was delivered. |
Job Title |
Job Title as entered in Assignment form. |
Assignment Group |
Assignment group as entered in the Assignment form. Examples: Employee Regular, Employee Graduate

Employment Category |
Employment category as entered in the Assignment form. For example: Exempt - Regular |
Organization |
Organization as entered in the Assignment form. |
Tax Filing Status |
Tax filing status as entered for Federal or State taxes on the Tax Information form. |
Exemptions |
Exemptions as entered for Federal or State taxes on the Tax Information form. |
Add'l With |
Additional withhold amount as entered for Federal or State taxes on the Tax Information form. |
Method |
Payment method used to pay the current net paycheck. |
Account Type |
If payment method is direct deposit, this will indicate whether the deposit was to a checking or savings account.

Bank Name |
If payment method is direct deposit, this is the bank the money was sent to. |
Check # |
If the payment method used is check, this field will hold the check number. |
Payment |
The amount the person was paid for each pay method. |
Earning/Deduction |
The amount paid or deducted for each element |
Hours/Type |
If the element is an earnings element and the employee is being paid for reported hours the hours will be stated. If the element is a deductions element the classification of the element is indicated. Examples: recurring, nonrecurring |
Rate |
If the element is an earnings element and the employee is being paid for reported hours, the average rate will be reported. |
Amount |
The pay value of the earnings or deductions element for the current run. |
YTD |
The year-to-date pay value of the earnings or deductions element. |
