This report displays earnings or deductions for all people with a specific earnings or deductions element.
This report can be run after a payroll run.
The following table describes the required and optional parameters to use to run the report:

Element |
Select from the List of Values the name of the element on which you would like to report. |

Start Date |
Beginning date of a pay period- but any date may be entered. |

End Date |
End date of a pay period- but any date may be entered. |

Optional Parameters |

Payroll |
Defaults to Biweekly for the regular payroll. Select SUNY to run the report after an IFR/Cost Sharing payroll is run. |

Organization |
Leave blank to display the entire operating location population having the element, or select a particular organization from the List of Values. |

Input Values |
Choices are dependent on the element chosen. Once the element is chosen, the input values for that element become available to also display on the report. Select up to three input values from the List of Values. |

Sort Sequences |
Choose to sort the report by EMPLOYEE_NAME, ASSIGNMENT_NUMBER, or ORGANIZATION_NAME. |
The report is sorted by the parameters selected. Report Parameters will appear on the first page of the report; the Element Name that was run will be listed first.

Payroll |
Identifies the payroll run as either Biweekly or SUNY, depending on what was input for that parameter. |
Organization |
Specific location and specific department at the location to which the person is assigned. |
Assignment |
System-generated employee number used as a unique identifier of a person whose record is in Oracle. |
Employee |
Last name of the person who has the element entered in the Element Entries form of his or her record. |
Sum |
The total dollar amount of the element for the pay period selected. This amount includes the special input version of the selected element. |
Input Values |
Dependent on the element chosen, the report can display up to three input values. |
