Research Foundation projects are identified in the RF’s Annual Operating Plan and represent the investments that will be made over the next year in support of our Strategic Goals. Projects are governed by the RF project management methodology, which ensures we deliver quality work that meets the needs of our customers.

SUNY Pre-Award and Compliance System (PACS)

SUNY PACS is a multi-year collaborative project to implement the online "Click Portal" solution to support principal investigators, students, and compliance and research administration staff. Measurable Continous Improvement (MCI) Project
The Measurable Continuous Improvement (MCI) project will institutionalize a quantitative discipline of continuous improvement across RF functions and processes.  During a three-month pilot, the project team will develop a methodology for measuring continuous improvement at the RF that will be rolled out across all functional areas. > Read More

Web Improvement Program
Beginning in February three distinct projects will feed into a FY19 project that will investigate, select, and implement a platform that best meets our operational and public-facing needs.
