A Message from Joshua B. Toas, Chief Compliance Officer

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Speak Up RF – Ethics Hotline.

At the Research Foundation, we believe that our values are a commitment we make to one another. These values -- Service, Learning, Agility, Transparency, Diversity, Innovation, and Integrity -- are embedded in every action we take, and we are proud of our commitment to the highest ethical standards.

We believe our duty to prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse, including minimizing the likelihood that anyone violates any law, rule, regulation, or policy that governs RF business is a serious obligation.

We are steadfast in our responsibility to use all reasonable measures to protect our workforce from harassment, discrimination, bullying, and violence.

All of us have a role to play.  Your contribution is simple.  If you see something you believe could be fraud, waste, abuse – or any violation of law, rule, regulation or RF policy, including harassment, discrimination, bullying, or violent behavior – please SPEAK UP.

You can make us aware of your concerns via web intake, a dedicated phone line or via text messaging.

This new hotline system allows for two-way communication with the investigative team while remaining anonymous if that’s how you choose to report.   Our policy of non-retaliation protects you from any adverse action or treatment if you decide to share your concern or if you are part of an ongoing investigation.

We appreciate your commitment to our shared values and your willingness to Speak Up!

Thank you.
