Basis for Procedure

Posting Notice document describes the requirements for posting notices due to various state and federal laws and regulations.

Procedure Summary

The Posting Notice document outlines the procedures for all operating locations/or the Research Foundation (RF) need to follow to be in compliance.

Basic Requirements

Various state and federal laws and regulations related to employment require that employers post notices containing information describing the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers. The basic requirement for posting each notice is that it must be posted in a place where employees can easily read it. Failure to post notices properly may subject the operating location and/or the Research Foundation (RF) central office to citations and/or fines by the various state and federal enforcement agencies.

The notices that must be posted are listed and described in the section below entitled Employment-Related Notices that Must Be Posted.
