Accounts Receivable Coordinator, RF Central Office
Mentoring: Nicole Palladino, University at Albany
Why I want to be a Mentor:
"I went through the mentor program as a protege and it was a very rewarding experience. I feel now is the time to give back and provide any assistance I can to helping others and to the program itself."
"I have been with the Research Foundation for nine years, starting at the UAlbany campus and then transferring to the Central Office. I enjoy reading, crafting, especially card making, and spending time with our children and grandchildren. I have a son who lives in Colorado and enjoyed doing more traveling in the past few years to visit."
"I always feel I learn so much from the experience of helping others to develop, whether in job coaching, or my volunteer work through PTA and church activities."
Commitment to Diversity:
"I have worked in several areas including church secretary, job coaching for consumers in a mental health agency, working in a doctor''s office and in my current position, working with campus liaisons, which has taught me a great deal about working with very diverse populations."
