General Overview

-Gain an understanding that you, as an RF employee, are the critical first line of defense in protecting private/proprietary information;
-Understand what constitutes proper use of RF technology resources in compliance wtih RF policies;
-Reinforcement that your User ID/ Password combination is the key to accessing RF information resources, and as such it must be kept private, known only to you, and not easily guessable or accessible to others;
-Learn what malicious software is, why it has grown in popularity, and how to avoid becomming infected with it;
-Remind users to keep security in mind for all data resources, including information stored on computers and networks, information being transported on portable devices, and information transmitted over public networks like the Internet.
-Reinforcement of key concepts presented in the Acceptable Use and Security of RF Data and Information Technology policy as a reminder of your duties and responsibilities when using RF technology resrouces; this will serve as reinforcement to the WeComply online training course.

The Research Foundation recently announced changes to the retiree health insurance program in a letter to employees dated June 22nd.  Employees will be provided an overview of the changes and have an opportunity to ask questions.
